How to invite your Team Members

😍 I see you’re inviting teammates to join your HeyReach account. ✨ I like it ✨!

HeyReach is most powerful when used as a team because you can scale LinkedIn outreach like never before.

Go to your HeyReach account. Press the settings icon in the bottom left corner and tap on Team Members.

Then, click on the “Invite Members” button. A popup will appear where you can type the email addresses of the people you want to invite.

If you’re like me, make sure to input multiple emails and send all the invitations at once, so you don’t have to invite them separately.

Once done, your teammates will receive an email with a link to join. It will automatically redirect them to your team’s account, where they only need to input their full name, and that’s it.

You can always see which teammates have accepted your invite and which are still pending.

If you want to remove a teammate, press the three dots icon on the right and click remove.

🚨 If the teammate you want to remove hasn’t accepted the invite yet, first you have to revoke their invite and then remove them. To do that, press the three dots icon on the right and click revoke.

If your teammate says they can't find your invitation, you can resend it by tapping the three dots icon again and clicking "resend."

🧠 Alternatively, click the copy icon next to the three dots to send them the invite link directly via chat.
