Integrate HeyReach and Weezly

HeyReach and Weezly are natively integrated! You can now create personalized videos at scale, as well as custom calendar links, and send it automatically via HeyReach on LinkedIn. Click here to access the video tutorial.

Step 1: Create HeyReach and Weezly accounts

  • Create your HeyReach account here

  • Create your Weezly account here

Step 2: Download Weezly Chrome extension

The beauty of this integration lies in its simplicity: you only need a HeyReach account and the Weezly Chrome extension. Just download the extension, pin it, and create a Weezly account to get started. Afterward, it automatically connects to HeyReach.

Step 3: Create custom calendars in Weezly

Weezly is also a scheduling tool, as it gives you some very useful and time-saving tricks when it comes to sharing your calendar and booking demos.

Once you click on the Calendar link in the side menu on the left, you’ll be able to connect all your calendars in a flash.

My favorite feature of Weezly's scheduling tool is their ’Timeslot Picker’ option. It lets you view events in any connected calendar and select specific available slots for meetings with leads. The system then generates a custom URL that you can include in your HeyReach campaigns. Your leads can choose from these pre-selected slots only, streamlining the booking process. It's a remarkably smooth experience!

What's even cooler, once you're in the "HeyReach Unibox" talking with your leads, you can also tap on the Weezly icon on the left and send that same calendar URL with pre-selected slots—only with a tap of a button.

Step 4: Create videos in Weezly

What the Weezly Chrome extension effectively does is act as a simple extension on your HeyReach account. So, to record videos, all you have to do is open the lead list in HeyReach and you'll see the "Create automated videos" button in the top right corner.

You'll have a few options here:

  1. Record AI Voice cloning video message → This allows you to say each of your lead's names with your own voice. Once you complete this action, in your list of videos below, you'll see a small "magic wand" icon on the video thumbnails for the videos that have been enhanced with this option.

  2. Record a video message → Create a new video from scratch.

  3. Upload a video message → Upload from your computer the video you recorded earlier.

  4. Choose an existing video → You'll see a list of all your recorded videos, allowing you to select the desired one.

Once you've selected your video, you can additionally personalize the landing page on which your leads will land. Here are all your options:

  • Autoscroll website → This feature automatically scrolls through your lead's website while you speak in the video bubble overlay. The Weezly team is currently working on the ability to scroll through a lead's LinkedIn profile as well. Will go live soon, so stay tuned!

  • Customize video title → For example, you can add "Hi {First Name}" title above the video or personalize it in whatever way you see fit.

  • Add a custom caption → For example, you can add "Shall we talk, {First Name}?" or anything else you want.

  • Add your booking page → This will embed your calendar to the landing page next to the video.

And boom, that's it! Once you click the "Create automated videos" button below, Weezly will start creating automatic videos for all your leads in the list. It will take a few minutes to get it done, depending on how big is your list.

Finally here’s how the landing page and video will look like for your prospects.

Step 5: Send LinkedIn outbound campaigns from HeyReach

Last but not least, it's time to create your LinkedIn outbound campaign in HeyReach and add all the videos you've created.

First, create a campaign as you normally would. While adding "Send connection request" or "Send a message" steps in your campaign, you'll see a "Weezly sales video" button below.

By clicking on it, you'll add the video to your message, and each lead will receive their own unique video and URL. You don't have to do anything else.

When your lead receives the video, it appears in their inbox in an eye-catching format. The message features an interactive GIF (showcasing, for example, an auto-scroll of their website with you waving) and your customized video title, as shown below.
