Did you forget your HeyReach password? No problem, we've got you 💁🏻♀️
You can do this quickly using the 'Forgot password' option on the login screen. The process is super easy, even Berlin (my dog) can do it, access the video tutorial 🐾
Kindly navigate to the login screen and click on the 'Forgot password' option located below the password box.
Next, what you need to do here is to make sure you add the exact same valid email address with which you have previously, no typos, no empty spaces, and click on the 'Send reset link' button.
Next, you need to check your email address, HeyReach will send you an email to either your Inbox or Spam/ Junk box.
💡 Sometimes getting the email can take 3–5 minutes.
Here you have two options, the first option we recommend is the 'Reset password' button, but in case this button is not working for you, then you can go ahead with the backup option and copy the long link provided under the 'Need help?' section, check the screenshot.
In this case, I will use the 'Reset password' option and by clicking on the link you will be directed to a new window with a pop-up message with the following confirmation 'Password Reset Successful: A new password has been sent to your e-mail address.'
We are being asked to check the email Inbox, Spam/Junk box, and then find the second HeyReach email that contains the generated password.
Last, what you need to do is to copy the generated password from the email sent by HeyReach, add the valid email address and click Sign in.
You will be logged in successfully to your HeyReach workspace. Easy as that. 🪄 ✨
