Get started connecting HeyReach with Factors in just a few easy steps. Follow this guide or watch the video tutorial here 💜
Step 1: Set up a workflow in Factors
1️⃣ Open your Factors dashboard and navigate to Workflows. Click on the +New Workflow button.
2️⃣ A new window will pop up, and you’ll need to select a workflow from a list of available templates.
There are two available templates that include HeyReach into the workflow:
One is to Add leads to the HeyReach list
The other one is to Add leads to a HeyReach campaign
Both templates include enrichment with Apollo.
3️⃣ Click on the card you want to use in your workflow. (You can click anywhere on the card.)
4️⃣ When a new pop-up window shows up, click on the Use this workflow button.
Step 2: Define the events in the trigger
The configuration for HeyReach has two steps.
1️⃣ The first one is to connect your HeyReach account.
Click on the Connect button.
You’ll be asked to enter your HeyReach API Key.
💡 To locate your API key:
Head over to the HeyReach dashboard
Choose the Integrations tab
Click on Get API key
A new window will open.
If you haven’t generated any API keys previously, you’ll see the option that looks like this (just click on New API key).
You’ll get your personal API key (I’ve covered mine for security reasons; make sure you don’t share yours with anyone too).
Find the little double-page icon and click on it to copy the API key.
Go back to Factors and paste it in the pop-up window.
2️⃣ The second one is to choose a lead list or a campaign from a dropdown menu.
After that, you need to select the type of the event that will be triggering this workflow.
You can choose from three options:
Performs an event
Enter the segment
Exit the segment
Then you can configure event details by selecting the exact event from a certain app.
After that, you’ll also be able to set filters and additional event details from the next dropdown menu.
Step 3: Configure Apolo

That’s it, folks. You can launch your workflow now. 🎉
