How to integrate HeyReach MCP with Claude?

Updated yesterday

HeyReach now supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), making us one of the first LinkedIn outreach tools with an official MCP server. This means you can seamlessly connect it with Claude, n8n, Clay, Visual Studio Code, Make, and many more. and many more. ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€๐Ÿš€

Claude has two different setup processes. The setup steps for the web version and the desktop version are explained separately below:

Connect with Claude Web Version

๐ŸŽฅ Access the video tutorial here

โœ๏ธ Requirement: You must use Claudeโ€™s web version to enable this integration.

Step 1: Get Your HeyReach MCP Connection URL

Each workspace in HeyReach comes with its own MCP Server URL and MCP Key.

To find them:

  1. Go to ๐Ÿ‘‰ Integrations

  2. Select HeyReach MCP Server

  3. Click New MCP Key (if you donโ€™t have one yet)

  4. Copy the MCP Connection URL

These are unique per workspace, which makes it easier to keep multiple clients or teams organized.

Step 2: Add HeyReach MCP in Claude

  1. Log in to your Claude account

  2. Go to Settings ๐Ÿ‘‰ Connectors ๐Ÿ‘‰ Add Custom Connector

  3. Name it HeyReach MCP and paste the MCP Connection URL you copied earlier

  4. Confirm and click Add

Claude will take a few seconds to establish the connection. Once done, HeyReach MCP will appear as an available tool inside Claude.

๐Ÿ’ก Always make sure that the toggle for the HeyReach MPC is enabled on Claude, before starting conversations.

Step 3: Provide Your API Key

To enable Claude to access your HeyReach data, youโ€™ll also need to provide the HeyReach API Key.

  • Go back to your HeyReach workspace settings

  • Copy the API Key for your organization/workspace

  • Paste it into Claude when prompted

This step is important because every workspace has its own unique key.

Connect with Claude Desktop Version

โœ๏ธ Requirement: Download Claude Desktop on your desktop. Close the Claude Desktop before editing, then restart after saving.

Edit this file to add the MCP server:

Windows:%APPDATA%\Claude\claude_desktop_config.jsonmacOS:~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json
{ "mcpServers": { "heyreach": { "command": "npx", "args": [ "-y", "mcp-remote", "<YOUR_HEYREACH_MCP_CONNECTION_URL>" ] } } }
