HeyReach MCP Connector is available currently on all plans, and can be connected to all workspaces you own.
To be able to follow instructions and connect HeyReach MCP connector with Codex you need to have Admin role in your HeyReach Workspace or Admin's permission to manage integrations in the HeyReach workspaces you want to connect.

What can you do with HeyReach MCP Connector plugged into Codex
Reading data never changes anything. Codex says whether it only reads, changes, overwrites or deletes data, so your assistant can ask you to confirm before running it.

How to Connect HeyReach to Codex step by step
You can follow video guidance or written instructions that follow:
Step 1: Copy your HeyReach MCP server URL
Go to Settings -> Integrations.
Select HeyReach MCP Server -> Get MCP key.
In the Claude, ChatGPT & Codex section, copy the URL.
Step 2: Add HeyReach MCP in Codex
Open the Codex desktop app.
Go to Plugins -> Add -> Add custom MCP server.
Name it HeyReach Assistant (or anything you'd like) and paste the MCP URL you copied in HeyReach into the server URL field under Connection.
Keep the Authentication set to OAuth. OAuth is a secure sign-in method that lets you log in with your HeyReach account instead of pasting a key.
Check I understand and want to continue, then click Create as plugin.
Step 3: Sign in HeyReach and choose your workspaces
After you click Create as plugin, you will see a pop-up window that will ask for confirmation that you for a fact want to Connect HeyReach Assistant or you want to cancel the process.
Click Connect HeyReach Assistant button.
When you click Connect HeyReach Assistant, a new window will open and you will be asked to give permission to Codex (ChatGPT) for individual workspace access.
Open the Workspaces dropdown and select the workspaces you want to connect. You can pick one, several, or Select all.
Review the access you're allowing.
☝🏼 In the selected workspaces, Codex (ChatGPT) can:
Read and change campaigns, leads, lists, and webhooks.
Send LinkedIn messages from your senders.
Move data between those workspaces.
Click the blue Allow button.
You'll be redirected back to Codex, and HeyReach Assistant will appear under your (Personal) installed plugins. Click the plugin to view all the actions it can take.
How to add new or more workspaces
The connection pop-up window will only show HeyReach workspaces where you have the permission to manage integrations.
To add new or more workspaces later on, go to Plugins -> Personal -> HeyReach Assistant -> three dots -> Manage button, repeat the process and connect your HeyReach Assistant again.
Step 4: Test the integration
We recommend using the ChatGPT/Codex desktop app and installing it on your OS.
⚠️ For the web version, you'll need to have a GitHub account set up and connected before starting a new chat with HeyReach MCP in Codex web version.
Start a new chat with @HeyReach Assistant in Codex.
Enter a prompt, such as:
"Use the HeyReach MCP to list all LinkedIn accounts connected to HeyReach."
If you connected more than one workspace, Codex will ask which one to check. Select an answer or type the next prompt depending on what you see on the screen.
You should now see your LinkedIn sender accounts and their status pulled directly from the selected HeyReach workspace.
Disconnecting HeyReach MCP
To remove access for all Claude, ChatGPT, and Codex connectors at once:
Go to Settings -> Integrations -> HeyReach MCP Server and
Click Disconnect Claude/ChatGPT/Codex from this workspace.
Confirmation window will pop-up asking you to confirm the following before removal: "Every app connected through sign-in will lose access to this workspace and will have to connect again to get it back. Their access to other workspaces is not affected."
⚠️ This action disconnects workspaces from ChatGPT, Codex, and Claude all at once.

The AI assistant makes real changes. Messages it sends reach real people on LinkedIn, so check what it plans to do before you approve it.
The AI assistant only sees the workspaces you selected. It can't access any other workspace.
New workspaces aren't added automatically. Connect again to include a workspace you joined later.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an API key to connect ChatGPT, Codex, or Claude?
No, you don't need an API key. You connect by signing in with your HeyReach account.
Why don't I see Integrations in my HeyReach account/workspace?
You only see Integrations based on your user permissions in HeyReach and whether you're allowed to manage integrations. Ask your workspace admin to give you that permission.
Why does the AI assistant ask which workspace to use?
The AI assistant asks which workspace to use when you connected more than one. This keeps data from different workspaces separate.
Can I connect ChatGPT, Codex, and Claude at the same time?
Yes, you can connect all three. Each assistant is connected separately.
