🙌 Let me start this guide by emphasizing that we truly pride ourselves on adhering to every LinkedIn rule to the letter. It’s crucial for us because we designed HeyReach to help you leverage LinkedIn outreach in a structured and scalable way—without breaking rules or gaming the system.

Of course, actions speak louder than words, so let me show you how we ensure your account remains safe at all times.

1️⃣ Following LinkedIn connection limits

Each of us gets around 100 connection requests to send per week. In HeyReach, we automatically "freeze" any account in your campaign that gets really close to this limit. You don’t need to do it manually, nor can you override this rule. Think of it like a highway where cars simply can’t exceed 130 km/h—that’s the speed limit 😇.

LinkedIn resets the counter every Monday at 2 a.m. Pacific Time, so your account will be ready to send again then. It’s all 100% on autopilot.

2️⃣ Following LinkedIn action limits

Each of our LinkedIn accounts is allowed 200 actions per day. What constitutes a LinkedIn action?

Anything you do on LinkedIn. Viewing a profile counts as one action. Sending a message is another action. Essentially, every click you make is an action.

Needless to say, HeyReach adheres strictly to this limit. As soon as any profile in your HeyReach account reaches 200 actions, we freeze it until the next day.

3️⃣ HeyReach’s static residential proxy that doesn’t rotate your IP address

Here’s something you might not know about LinkedIn: If you navigate to your account’s Settings & Privacy section, you’ll find an overview of all your login information, such as approximate location, browser, device, and IP address.

Since we all log in to LinkedIn from laptops, mobiles, and various locations, this is perfectly fine.

HeyReach gives a dedicated static residential proxy (i.e. real IP address that never changes) to each of your LinkedIn accounts, and never shares that IP between two accounts. It remains consistent across all locations at all times, simulating a real user's action. This stability is precisely what LinkedIn looks for—they want to ensure your IP addresses are stable and not frequently changing.

🧠 These three practices are some of the key elements that keep your HeyReach and LinkedIn accounts safe at all times.

Along with our unique algorithm that incorporates a few more technical components and our healthy obsession with constantly following LinkedIn updates to ensure we adhere to their rules 🤝.
