To import your CSV file to HeyReach, navigate to the leads screen, and click on "Add Leads" Choose the option "Import CSV" and select continue.
The next step is to upload your lead list as a spreadsheet. Make sure that mandatory fields ("First Name," "Last Name," and "LinkedIn Profile URL") have all the information you need.
In case you have some empty cells in the .CSV file, we will still import the data, but will exclude the whole row where there's a missing data for the mandatory fields.
Make sure your CSV file is less than 30MB.
After you've uploaded your CSV file, make sure you map the right HeyReach fields with the CSV fields.
You can also create and import a custom variable.
Click on the 'Add custom variable' button, and map the rest of the CSV columns to a HeyReach variable.
These custom variables can be used in the sequences, in the 'Connection note' and 'Send message' action steps.
You can add as many custom variables as your CSV file has.
The final step is selecting the lead list where you want the leads from the CSV to be imported. Also, you can create an empty list by clicking on 'Create empty list', and import the new leads in the empty list.
