One of the most effective ways to get a hyper-targeted lead list in HeyReach is importing qualified prospects who engaged with a specific LinkedIn post from page or LinkedIn profile in your niche.
How to create a lead list from LinkedIn post reactors
⚠️This method requires you to be logged into your LinkedIn account in a separate browser tab. For best experience use Google Chrome to login into both HeyReach and LinkedIn.
Step 1: Pick a post you want to use
Pick the post you want to push into HeyReach.
We recommend it's from a influencer from your company or in your niche, as they'll have audience interested in what you offer.

💡Important Note:
The maximum number of leads (reactors) you can import per LinkedIn sender is 10,000 per post import.
Step 2: Copy the post URL
Once you have it ready, click on the thee dots menu and click on the Copy link to post option.
On the left side you will see a pop up notification as confirmation that the link was properly copied to the clipboard.
Step 3: Import reactors in HeyReach:
Navigate to the Leads tab in HeyReach.
Click on the Add Leads button.
Step 4: Select import method:
Choose the LinkedIn Post (Reactors) method and click Continue.
Step 5: Provide list details
Enter a name for your lead list.
Select the LinkedIn sender (the LinkedIn account associated with the search URL) for accurate results.
Add the Post URL you previously created (step 1).
Step 6: Start importing
Click on the Start Importing button.
You will be directed to the importing screen, where you can monitor the progress, including the percentage of leads being imported.
🚨 Use the Stop Importing option only if you want to cancel the process. Stopping the import will prevent all leads from being imported.
While the import is running, you can continue working on other tasks within your HeyReach account. The process will finish in the background.
⚠️ This import method only extracts and imports to HeyReach the people who reacted to a given LinkedIn post, not the ones who commented on it.
Once completed, the imported list will be available in the Leads tab. Click on the list to view and manage the leads.
