HeyReach is originally built for scalability and teamwork. We designed the tool to allow you to safely scale your LinkedIn outreach. The only way to do this - is scaling by the number of senders, and not by maximizing the daily actions per LinkedIn account.

Since May 2023, LinkedIn limited the number of connection requests to 20-40 per day. The only way to reach out to more leads on LinkedIn is to scale by assigning multiple LinkedIn accounts (senders) on one outreach sequence and auto-rotating through them.

How to set up multiple senders on one campaign

HeyReach is built with this feature by default. Connect at least 2 LinkedIn accounts to be able to experience it, and scale your outreach. When you are creating a campaign, HeyReach will allow you to select unlimited LinkedIn senders and assign them to that campaign.

Click on the LinkedIn accounts to select them as senders in that campaign.

If you plan on sending InMails in your sequence, make sure that all of the LinkedIn senders you select to use in the campaign have a LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Recruiter subscription. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to launch the campaign.

Another thing to consider - if you select LinkedIn senders who are already active in another campaign, the number of executed actions per day will be lower than the daily limit per sender you set. This is because the daily limits are set per LinkedIn sender, and are shared between all campaigns that the LinkedIn sender is active in.

After you launch the campaign from multiple LinkedIn senders, and your leads start to reply back - you don't have to care about logging in and out of LinkedIn accounts, and switching contexts.

All conversations from all LinkedIn senders will be sublimed in our Unibox. You'll be able to manage all LinkedIn senders' inboxes in one place. This allows the possibility of one person managing 10s of LinkedIn inboxes. Also, this allows you to engage on behalf of your teammates accounts.

๐ŸŒ‹ If you are also doing email outreach, imagine the concept of multiple LinkedIn senders exactly as 'Smartlead for LinkedIn' or 'Instantly for LinkedIn'.
