In HeyReach, to set up an 'InMail campaign' you'll need an active Sales Navigator or Recruiter account.
You won't be charged any credits when sending InMails to 'Open' LinkedIn profiles.
However, credits will be deducted for 'Closed' profiles. If you run out of credits, leads with closed profiles will fail the campaign, while those with open profiles will still proceed since they don’t require credits.
While we can't filter leads based on their profile status (open/ closed), any lead that requires credits will fail at the first step if you have none available.
How to check how many InMail credits you have?
Open your Sales Navigator and click on your Profile icon in the top right corner.
Then, select the Settings option. On the left side, you’ll see how many InMail credits you have remaining.
