In HeyReach, to set up an InMail campaign, you must have an active Sales Navigator license.
You won't be charged any credits when sending InMails to 'Open' LinkedIn profiles.
However, credits will be deducted for 'Closed' profiles. If you run out of credits, leads with closed profiles will fail the campaign.

Checking your InMail Credits Balance
Open your Sales Navigator and click the Profile icon in the top right corner.
Then, select the Settings option. On the left side, youâll see how many InMail credits you have remaining.
