How to Intersect Lists?
Updated over 3 weeks ago

Need to find leads that are present in two different lists? The Intersect feature helps you identify the duplicates super quickly.

Here’s how to use it:

1. Start with the First List

  • Navigate to the Leads tab and find the first list you want to start, in this example, I will use ebru test intersect 1.

  • Click the three dots menu available for this list.

  • Select the Intersect list option.

A pop-up window will appear, asking your for further inputs such as the name of the new list and to select the second list for the action.

2. Name the New List

  • You’ll see a field labeled New List Name.

  • Enter a name for the new intersected list. In this example, I will name the list ebru test intersection leads.

3. Select the Second List

  • In the same pop-up, a field labeled Select the Second List will be displayed.

  • From the dropdown menu, choose the second list you want to intersect with the first list.

  • For example, I will combine ebru test Intersect 1 with ebru test intersect 2.

Finally, click the Intersect button to complete the process.

A new list will be created that includes only the leads present in both selected lists. The original lists will remain unchanged, so you won’t lose any data.

That’s it! You’ve successfully created an intersection list to focus on overlapping leads.
