Adding leads can be done via various options, the call is yours to make.
Option 1. Adding leads from lists already existing lists in HeyReach.
In order to proceed with this option, the lead lists must have been previously imported and be available on the Leads screen in HeyReach. To complete this process, these are the instructions.
Step 1. Click on the campaign you wish to add new leads to. You will be taken to the List of Leads tab.
Step 2. Click on the 'Add leads to campaign' button. Here a new pop up window will appear with further instructions.
Step 3. Search and select the lead list from the drop-down menu. Here you will be able to access all the lead lists available in your Leads screen.
Step 4. Once the list is selected, click on the "Add" button to proceed.
Notification will apprear on the bottom of the screen showing a confimration of the exact number of leads that have entered the campaign.
In cases where the leads have not already been added to the previously used lead list in the campaign, then the total number of leads in the new lead list will be imported, so the numbers will be matched.
But in cases where some of the leads have been already added to the same campaign, the numbers will be lower when comparred to the initial lead list amount of leads, as we don't allow the same lead to enter the campaign twice.
In cases when the new lead contains the exact same leads, then 0 leads will be added. This is an indicator that the leads are already in that campaign.
Important note:
When adding a new lead list to a campaign that is already launched. You are basically asddint the leads from the list you select to the existing list in the campaign.
No stress if you later see that the lead list you added is displayed with a status "Not in campaign". This is because we merge the leads from the new lead list into the existing lead list included in the campaign.
Only the lead lists that are the primary list when the campaign was launched will be displayed with status "In x campaigns", as this is how the current setup works.
Option 2. Importing leads into the existing lead list of the campaign.
Now it's getting interesting, as this is possible only via the CVS import method. In order to successfully complete this process you need to make sure you have the leads in a CSV file and you map the custom variables properly within our system.
The catch here is that the CSV import allows you to select an existing lead list in HeyReach.
In order for this option to work, you must select the exact same lead list that is already included in the campaign and then import the leads there.
Last, in the current setting it's best to pause and resume the campaign, once the leads are added, so we can make sure that the newly added leads to the list have been included in the campaign. You can view the increase of the number of leads in both the Total leads in campaign and Pending leads stats visible on the Campaign Performance tab.
Option 3. Adding leads from one campaign to another campaign.
This is the best option suited for users whose campaigns they notice leads that have accepted their connection requests after the delay time set. Since you cannot read these leads in the same sequence, we have built an option to add the leads to a Message Follow Up campaign directly from an existing campaign.
What you need to do here is to open the desired campaign and navigate to the Leads Analytics tab (the last tab visible).
Once the filters are added and you have the desired leads, you can choose to select them manually one by one or in bulk and then proceed further with the Actions button.
By clicking on the Actions button, a new pop-up window will appear that will allow you to select the campaign title to which you want to add the selected leads.
Only the campaigns with ongoung, paused, or finished status are eligible for adding new leads. Draft, canceled, and failed status campaigns are not.
The confirmation that the leads are added will appear on the bottom right corner in a blue banner message, stating the number of how many leads have been added.
The same login applier here as well, in cases when the lead is already part of the new campaign, it won't be added.
Option 4. Adding leads to a campaign from the HeyReach Unibox
This option is also suitable for Message Follow up campaigns, but in general this is also a commonly used option to add leads to a campaign via the Unibox.
The heads up warning for this option is that the lead can only be added to a campaign, if the LinkedIn sender with which the chat conversation was initiated is already in the campaign.
Example, if the Lead Mirjana Filipovski is reached by LinkedIn sender Martin Mitrovski, in order for this lead to be added to a campaign, the exact same sender must be in that campaign.
Adding leads via the Unibox can be done in two ways, depeding on what you prefer.
Option one: You can for example filter the Unibox by campaign titile or lead tag and then select them one by one or choose the bulk option and then click on the Add to campaign button to further select the campaign.
Option two: If you decide that a certain lead needs to be included in a campaign, you can simply open the chat conversation and then click on the Add to campaign button, that will take you to the pop up windown with drop down menu of the campaigns you can select.
Option 5. Adding leads via the HeyReach API or Integrations like Clay.
This option is recommended to users who are familiar and experienced with using API and integrations in their work.
Important checkpoints for this option:
The campaign should be launched once.
Once the campaign is live, only then can you add leads via api or any integration.
Even if the campaign is paused, adding leads via API or integration directly into that campaign will activate the campaign.
If the campaign is finished, you can still add leads via API or any integration.
Finished campaigns - as soon as new leads are added campaign will get activated.
