The Exclude from list option is incredibly helpful when you want to remove leads from one list that are also present in another.
Here's how to do it:
1. Start with the First list
Navigate to the Leads tab and find the first list you want to start with, in this case, it's the list Testing Full names.
Click the three dots menu next to the list name.
Select the Exclude from list option.
A pop-up window will appear, asking you for further inputs such as the name of the new list and to select the second list for the action.
2. Name the new list
Since the result will be saved as a new list, you'll need to give it a unique name.
For example, name the new list -> Fresh list.
3. Choose the second list
In this example, let’s combine the list Testing Full names with another list, My Network (July 2026) that was previously imported into your workspace.
Click the Difference button to complete the process.
A new lead list will be created, containing only the leads from the first list that were not present in the second list. The original lists will remain unchanged, so no data is lost.
