Yes, you can import Accounts aka Companies in HeyReach by using your Sales Navigator. Always make sure your Sales Navigator subscription is up to date (valid) and the account is connected properly to HeyReach. You'll need at least one LinkedIn account with Sales Navigator subscription.
1. Open Sales Navigator:
By access the Sales Navigator in a separate tab you can go ahead and click on the Accounts tab and select Accounts filters option.
2. Create a search and Copy the URL:
Use the given Accounts filters. For example, I used filters such as 'Annual Revenue; Company Headcount; Headquarters location; Industry' and created a search based on those imports.
Copy the full URL from your browser’s address bar.
Ensure the entire Search URL is copied; an incomplete link will result in a failed import.
3. Import Leads in HeyReach:
Navigate to the Leads tab in HeyReach.
Click on the Add Leads button.
4. Select Import Method:
Choose the Sales Navigator (Accounts) method and click Continue.
5. Provide List Details:
Enter a name for your Accounts list.
Select the LinkedIn sender (the LinkedIn account associated with the search URL) for accurate results.
Add the Search URL you previously created.
6. Start Importing:
Click on the Start Importing button.
You will be directed to the importing screen, where you can monitor the progress, including the percentage of leads being imported.
🚨 Use the Stop Importing option only if you want to cancel the process. Stopping the import will prevent all companies from being imported.
While the import is running, you can continue working on other tasks within your HeyReach account. The process will finish in the background.
Once completed, the imported list will be available in the Leads tab. Click on the list to view and manage the companies. The icon for the company lists is different than the leads lists, and this will help you identify them besides the initial filtering option.
🧠 In the current version of the tool, in-app the Company URLs are not visible, but if you export the CSV file, then you can access all URLs.
