HeyReach plans overview
HeyReach offers five different plans.
Growth plan is seat-based (you pay per LinkedIn sender you connect).
Agency plan comes in two fixed tiers: Micro Agency and Agency.
Unlimited plan is a flat-rate plan with no seat limits.
Custom plan is done-for-you and tailor made.
Early Stage program is plan for young companies and is qualification oriented.
Billing cycles in HeyReach
You can choose between four billing cycle options in HeyReach.
Monthly - billed month to month, most flexible, standard price.
Quarterly - billed every 3 months, discounted vs monthly.
Annual - billed once a year, best rate, most savings.
✅ You can switch billing cycles at any time from Settings -> Billing -> HeyReach plans. If you need help with the transition, contact our support team.
Growth plan overview: $47-79/mo/sender
Best for: individuals, small teams, and businesses running outreach from a single workspace.

⚠️ You can add more senders at a per-seat rate for every pricing variable on your Growth plan. However, please note, if you opt for yearly planning for first group of senders, the one you add will be billed yearly as well. It is not possible to have portions of senders distributed on different billing cycles.

How seat pricing works on Growth plan
On the Growth plan, you pay per LinkedIn sender seat. A seat is one connected LinkedIn account that can actively send outreach through HeyReach.
Key things to know about adding seats:
You can add or remove seats at any time
Adding seats mid-cycle is charged on a prorated basis - you only pay for the remaining days in your billing period
Removing seats takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle - not immediately
⚠️ Seat pricing logic is working only for the Growth plan. On the Agency plan, seats are fixed per tier (25 or 50) and come from a shared pool that can be distributed across any of your client workspaces. Unlimited plan is capped at 300 seats shared pool, and Custom is tailored per your needs.
Agency plan overview: $799 - $1,399/mo
Best for: agencies and teams managing LinkedIn outreach on behalf of multiple clients.

VAT & Pricing
HeyReach is a business entity registered in Estonia, EU. Therefore following rules for VAT applies:
• UK and EU customers must provide a valid VAT number (not just any VAT number, it must pass validation). If the VAT number is valid, VAT = 0% and pricing stays the same.
‼️ If you do not provide a valid VAT number, VAT will be added based on you country of origin, which increases the price.
If you are purchasing as a personal entity, make a purchase as a US-based customer, as it removes VAT calculation.
‼️ ALL Estonian based customers must pay VAT, and it will result in an increase of your subscriptions based on country default VAT.

How to choose the right HeyReach plan

Frequently asked questions
Can I mix Growth and Agency features in the same account?
No. Your account is on one plan at a time. If you need Agency features, upgrade to the Agency plan from Settings -> Billing -> HeyReach plans.
I started on a Growth plan but I want to move to Agency, will my data transfer?
Yes. Upgrading your plan does not affect your existing workspaces, campaigns, leads, or data. Everything carries over.
What is the difference between Micro agency 25 and Agency 50?
Both tiers include the same features. The difference is the number of senders included - 25 at $999/mo or 50 at $1,399/mo. Choose based on how many LinkedIn accounts you need to run outreach from.
Can I get a custom pricing deal for a large team?

What happens if I go over my seat limit?
You will not be able to connect additional LinkedIn accounts beyond your current seat count. To add more, purchase additional seats from Settings -> Billing -> HeyReach plans
