How to Delete a Workspace in HeyReach?

If there’s a workspace in your HeyReach organisation that’s no longer needed, you can remove it permanently, but you’ll want to do it carefully. Deleting a workspace is irreversible, and all associated data will be lost. 🚨

🧠 You must be an admin in your HeyReach organisation to delete workspaces.

Step 1. Locate the Workspace

  1. Go to the Workspaces tab.

  2. Use the search box to find the workspace by its title.

  3. Once it appears in the results list, click the title to open its settings.

Step 2. Review Workspace Details

Inside the workspace settings, you can see:

  • Seats assigned to this workspace.

  • Team members in the workspace (with their email addresses and invitation status).

Step 3. Start the Deletion Process

Scroll to the bottom-right corner and click Delete Workspace.

Before you continue, consider the impact:

  • Resources: Seats will be returned to your organisation’s pool.

  • Activity: All campaign and lead list data will be permanently deleted.

  • Senders: Senders will be disconnected and all conversations in the Unibox erased.

  • Team Members: Users will lose access to the workspace.

Step 4. Confirm Deletion

To confirm, type the workspace’s exact name (displayed in red in the confirmation instructions). This ensures the deletion is intentional.

  • Click Delete to complete the process.

🚨 Once deleted, the workspace is gone forever, it will no longer appear in your HeyReach menu and cannot be recovered.
