One of the main reasons we built the Workspaces feature was to give you complete control over where your seats go. No delays or waiting.
With just a click, you can set exactly how many seats each workspace can use. 🚀
🧠 You must be an admin in your HeyReach organisation to access Workspaces and manage seats.
The pool of seats is shared between all workspaces. You can limit the number of seats for a specific workspace in the workspace settings.
Workspace seats limit options
No Limit
Connect as many LinkedIn senders as you want, as long as seats are available in your organization’s pool.
Set a Limit
Choose a specific number of seats for the workspace. This determines how many LinkedIn senders can be connected, if seats are available.

FAQs
What happens to the pricing when I downgrade seats? If you downgrade by one seat, the pricing will change to the regular price per seat, which is $79. The 5% discount for multiple seats will no longer apply.
Can I choose which sender is removed when I downgrade? No. If you simply reduce the seat count, the system removes one sender at random. To ensure a specific sender is removed, deactivate the unwanted sender before the next billing cycle.
Will the unused time be credited toward my remaining subscription? When you deactivate seats, the unused portion can be prorated and applied toward your remaining active seat(s). The billing team may adjust the prorated amount so future charges reflect only the active seat(s).
Can I downgrade to 0 seats? No. HeyReach does not support a 0-seat subscription. If you don’t need any active seats, the alternative is to pause your subscription and reactivate it when you’re ready to use the service again.
What happens to the seat after I request a downgrade? After you request to remove a seat, it remains accessible until your current billing cycle ends. It will then be removed automatically for the next billing period.
