One of the main reasons we built the Workspaces feature was to give you complete control over where your seats go. No delays or waiting.
With just a click, you can set exactly how many seats each workspace can use. š
š§ You must be an admin in your HeyReach organisation to access Workspaces and manage seats.
The pool of seats is shared between all workspaces. You can limit the number of seats for a specific workspace in the workspace settings.

FAQs
What happens to the pricing when I downgrade seats? The pricing is adjusted on the next billing cycle to reflect the number of seats you have.
Can I choose which sender is removed when I downgrade? No. If you simply reduce the seat count, the system removes one sender at random. To ensure a specific sender is removed, deactivate the unwanted sender before the next billing cycle.
Will the unused time be credited toward my remaining subscription? No, your get to use the seat until the end of your billing cycle. Get in touch with support if you need further assistance.
Can I downgrade to 0 seats? No. HeyReach does not support a 0-seat subscription. If you donāt need any active seats, the alternative is to pause your subscription and reactivate it when youāre ready to use the service again.
What happens to the seat after I request a downgrade? After you request to remove a seat, it remains accessible until your current billing cycle ends. It will then be removed automatically for the next billing period.
