Need to give a client access to a specific workspace in HeyReach? We’ve made it simple. 🦾
With just a few clicks, you can create a new workspace, limit seats (one seat equals one LinkedIn sender), and invite your clients to join, all from within your HeyReach account.
🧠 You must be an admin in your HeyReach organisation to create workspaces.
Step 1. Open the Workspace Creation Menu
You can start creating a workspace in two ways:
Option 1. Click the Workspaces button and open the Workspaces tab.
Option 2. Or, go to the top-right corner, open the Workspaces menu, and click Create a New Workspace.
Both methods lead to the same creation screen.
Step 2. Enter Workspace Details
On the creation screen, do the following:
Workspace Name: Enter a name for your workspace.
Seat Limit (optional)
The seat limit toggle is off by default. This means you can connect senders based on the total number of seats available in your organization. If you want to limit how many senders can join this workspace, turn the toggle on and enter the number of seats you want to allow (1 seat equals 1 LinkedIn account).
💡 This step is optional, but we recommend setting a limit to help you stay organized and in control of your seats.
Invite the Client (optional): You can invite the client now by entering their details, or skip this step and invite them later.
Click Create Workspace to finish.
Step 3. Finalise Workspace Creation
Click Create Workspace to complete the process.
Once created:
Use the top-right workspace menu to find your newly created workspace by name.
Once done, you can search the workspace title in the top right menu and locate the newly created workspace.
