How to Create a Workspace in HeyReach?

Need to give a client access to a specific workspace in HeyReach? We’ve made it simple. 🦾

With just a few clicks, you can create a new Workspace, limit seats (one seat equals one LinkedIn sender), and invite your clients to join, all from within your HeyReach account.

🧠 You must be an admin in your HeyReach Organisation to create Workspaces.

🧑‍💻 HeyReach allows users to create a maximum of 30 Workspaces. If you need more, contact our support team by using the chat widget in the bottom-right corner.

Step 1: Create the Workspace

You can start creating a workspace in two ways:

Option 1: Navigate to the Workspace panel by clicking the settings icon in the lower-left corner. Click 'Create a new workspace'.

Option 2. Or, go to the top-right corner, open the Workspaces menu, and click Create a New Workspace.

Both methods lead to the same creation screen.

Step 2: Enter Workspace Details

On the creation screen, do the following:

  • Workspace Name: Enter a name for your workspace.

  • Seat Limit (optional)

  • Invite the Client (optional): You can invite the client now by entering their details and setting their role, or skip this step and invite them later.

  • Click Create Workspace to finish.

The seat limit toggle is off by default. This means you can connect senders based on the total number of seats available in your organization if the seats are not used in another Workspace.

If you want to limit the number of LinkedIn accounts that can connect in the Workspace, turn the toggle on and enter the number of seats you want to allow (1 seat equals 1 LinkedIn account).

💡 This step is optional, but we recommend setting a limit to help you stay organized and in control of your seats.

Step 3: Manage your Workspace

Once done, you can search the workspace title in the top-right menu and locate the newly created workspace.
