📧 The Find Emails feature helps you unlock more value from your leads, like having the possibility to send leads to Instantly campaigns, or using them in any other outreach workflow.
With enrichment credits, HeyReach can automatically find verified email addresses you can use across your campaigns and integrations. 💪
How does it work?
The credits are one-time bundles you purchase to run the Find Emails action inside your HeyReach campaigns. They’re completely separate from your seat subscription and never expire.
Credits apply to a HeyReach Organisation level, so all workspaces share the same balance.
Any team member with Add & Manage Campaigns permission can use credits. Team members without this permission cannot consume credits.
Your available credit balance appears in the top-right corner across all workspaces in your HeyReach organization.
You can top up credits anytime by selecting Buy more credits or by navigating to Billing → Credits to manage your balance and purchase additional bundles.
Requirements to Use Credits
To use credits, your HeyReach account must have one of the following:
At least one paid seat on the Growth plan, or have an active Agency, or Unlimited plan.
Or, an active free trial
🚨🚨🚨 Important: Credits and plans are separate. In order to use the purchased credits, you will need an active subscription or an ongoing free trial.
If you purchase credits but don’t have an active plan or free trial:
Your credits remain stored and available indefinitely.
You simply can’t use them until you activate a plan or trial.
Purchasing Credits & Rules
You can buy credit bundles from Billing → Credits or via the Buy more credits button available on the UI.
🧠 You must be an admin in your HeyReach organisation in order to access Billing and purchase credits.
🚨 Important Rules
All bundles are fixed.
Credits are never recurring and don’t expire.
Multiple one-time credit packs are available, plus an Auto Top-Up option to automatically buy credits when you drop below a set threshold.
If you want 200,000 credits, for example, you should purchase two 100,000-credit bundles.
Whitelabel users can view the organisation's credit balance, but cannot purchase directly without the whitelabel admin.
AppSumo users are not eligible for this feature.
Auto Top-Up (Optional)
If you have a payment method added, you can enable auto top-up. This automatically purchases a credit pack when your credits fall below a threshold you select, for example:
Top up another 1,000 credits when your balance reaches 100.
This ensures your campaigns don’t pause due to running out of credits.
How are Credits Used?
Credits can be used only inside campaigns when adding the Find Email action.
Credits cannot be used:
Directly on the Leads lists
Via API calls
Outside of a campaign flow
How it works:
Each successful email lookup consumes 1 credit.
If credits run out, the action will stop and display a tooltip reminding you to purchase more.
If credits are depleted mid-campaign, remaining leads will fail with a clear message explanation.
