📢 📢 📢 Staying informed about important events in HeyReach is easy with our notification system.
In-app notifications
Set by choice 👉 You can set them as "Always on by default" for a specific event and workspace.
You’ll see them inside HeyReach whenever an event occurs.
The in-app notifications are accessible once you log in to your HeyReach account and open the desired workspace. In the bottom left corner, you’ll see a bell icon. By clicking on it, a pop-up window will appear showing all the notifications that occurred for that workspace.
You can organize your notifications by viewing All, Unread, or Archived, and you can also mark them as read to keep things clear and tidy.
Email notifications
You can choose to invite specific users to receive an email notification whenever an event is triggered.
You can add up to 3 email addresses to receive notifications per event triggered.
For each type of event and workspace, you decide whether you also want an email notification.
For email notifications, the added email addresses will receive a message containing the details of the event that occurred, along with information and guidance on how to troubleshoot the issue if action is required.
Events You Can Be Notified About
Here’s the full list of events you can select for app and email notifications:
Multiple replies received: Get notified when several replies land in your Unibox.
Disconnected sender: If your LinkedIn sender account disconnects, you’ll know instantly.
Disconnected Sales Navigator: Stay alerted if your Sales Navigator disconnects.
Disconnected Recruiter: Immediate notification if your Recruiter account disconnects.
Custom proxy issue: Every time there’s a problem with your own proxy, you’ll be notified.
Finished campaign: Get a notification when a campaign ends and all actions are complete.
Campaign needs more leads: Alerts you when a campaign runs out of leads.
Campaign gets into failed state: Be instantly informed if a campaign fails to send.
Lead received a tag: Know right away when a lead gets tagged with a specific label.
Notification Permissions for Members
Admins automatically have full app notification access: they can view, create, and manage all notifications.
Other members must be granted permissions by an admin in order to receive app notifications.
When adding people to a workspace, there are now two specific notification permissions you can assign:
Can receive notifications 👉 allows the member to get notifications.
Can edit and manage notifications 👉 allows the member to configure and manage notification settings.
🧠 Notifications follow the user. If you’re part of multiple workspaces and have permission in each, you’ll receive app notifications from all of them.
Set App Notifications
Go to the Notifications section in your workspace, located under the Settings button in the bottom left corner.
From there:
Select the event(s) you want to be notified about by switching the toggle on or off.
Click Create or Save Notification to finish the setup.
This way, the notifications will appear in the app once the event is triggered for the specific workspace.
💡 You can toggle each option on or off to activate or deactivate notifications for that specific event.
Setting Up Email Notifications
Go to the Notifications section in your workspace, located under the Settings button in the bottom left corner.
From there:
Choose the event(s), set the toggle on and enable the Email option.
Add up to 3 email addresses of the users who should receive them.
Click Create or Save Notification to finish the setup.
🚨 The in-app notification toggle must be turned on in order to set the email notification.
🗑️ How to Manage Email Notifications
Disable an email notification:
Untick the Email option for the event.
Click Save changes.
🧠 Double-check if you want to keep/ remove the in-app notification once the email option is disabled for the event.
Remove an email address:
Click the X next to the email address you want to remove.
Click Save changes.
