Importing leads from Sales Navigator to HeyReach? Easy peasy! Let's walk through it together.

Step 0: How to create a list in Sales Navigator

If you haven't used LinkedIn Sales Navigator before, this step is for you. If you are already familiar, feel free to scroll down.

First things first, log in to your LinkedIn account.

Go to the Sales Navigator icon on the right side of your profile.

Click on "Leads", and then "Create lead list". Give it a name, and click on "Search for leads".

Now, it's time to get picky! Let's create a list of our ideal persona.

Exclude prospects that don't fit the bill and exclude companies you are not interested in.

Choose between second-degree or third-degree connections. For better results, opt for second-degree connections.

Select "Posted on LinkedIn" under the recent updates section to target active users.

Additionally, you can narrow down by regions, like Europe or the United States, and you can filter by specific titles or seniority levels.

Also, you can use Boolean operators (e.g., OR, AND, NOT) for more accurate results. This means it can give you all the narrow data, meaning more accurate results by using keywords.

Mastering LinkedIn Sales Navigator is easy. Just dedicate some time to it, watch some tutorials, and check our blog post.
