The best way to connect your Sales Navigator account to HeyReach is by using the HeyReach Chrome extension. Follow these steps for a smooth setup:
1. Install the HeyReach Chrome Extension
Begin by installing the HeyReach Chrome extension ✅
2. Log in to LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
Open your web browser and:
• Log in to your primary LinkedIn account in one tab.
• Open the Sales Navigator in a separate tab.
3. Connect Your Account in HeyReach
Go to the LinkedIn Accounts tab in HeyReach.
Click the Connect Account button.
Select Connect via Chrome Extension.
4. Configure Inbox Privacy Settings & Connect
After selecting the Chrome extension, you’ll see the LinkedIn profile picture of the account you’re connecting.
Configure your Inbox Privacy by choosing one of the following options:
• Track and import all LinkedIn conversations (last 30 days).
• Track only conversations started from HeyReach.
Once privacy is configured, click Yes, Connect to complete the process.
4. Confirm the Connection
If all steps are followed correctly, your LinkedIn sender will show as Available, and the Sales Navigator icon will be highlighted in blue (as shown in the screenshot).
Troubleshooting Sales Navigator Disconnections
If your Sales Navigator icon turns grey and disconnected, hover over the warning sign to view the error message. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1️⃣ Option 1: Re-log Sales Navigator
If you connected your LinkedIn account by entering LinkedIn credentials:
Click on the Re-log Sales Navigator button and wait for the outcome,
If the issue persists:
1. Disconnect your LinkedIn account.
2. Reconnect it by entering your LinkedIn credentials.
3. If reconnecting fails, switch to the HeyReach Chrome Extension method.
🚨 Important: If your LinkedIn account status is Ongoing, pause all active campaigns before disconnecting your account from HeyReach.
2️⃣ Option 2: Switch Connection Method
If you initially connected using the HeyReach Chrome Extension, but your Sales Navigator icon is grey:
1. Disconnect your LinkedIn account.
2. Reconnect using the LinkedIn credentials method outlined earlier in this article.
