What campaign analytics are shown in HeyReach
Campaign analytics gives you a full picture of how your outreach is performing, campaign by campaign.
Every metric is split cleanly between total activity and successful outcomes, so you can see not just what was sent, but what actually worked.
Metrics you can track now:
Connections sent vs. Connections accepted
Messages sent vs. Replies
InMails sent vs. InMail replies
Auto-tagged leads vs. Interested leads
Each metric has its own dedicated, highly visible spot on the dashboard, so you don't have to hunt for it.
Steps analytics
Open any campaign and go to steps analytics to see exactly how each step in your sequence is performing, in real time.
Click into any step to see every lead and their status at that point in the campaign.
Filters are built in, so you can configure any view you need.
Lead analytics
Open a campaign and go to Lead analytics to see your funnel graph:
Contacted → Accepted → Replied → Interested
This gives you your full campaign progress at a glance.
Scroll down to the lead list below the funnel and you'll find one-click, pre-built filters, so you can see the status of every lead in the campaign instantly.
Sender analytics
Navigate to sender analytics inside any campaign to see key performance metrics broken down per sender - so you can spot who's delivering and who's underperforming at a glance.
Time-based filters let you narrow the view to a specific date range.
LinkedIn subscription filters let you compare senders by account type.
