The Dashboard is the first screen you see in HeyReach. It gives you a clear dashboard overview of all your LinkedIn senders and campaign performance in one place.
The Dashboard has two distinct panels: Workspace performance and Senders performance.
Workspace performance dashboard
You can view detailed performance metrics for each major category in the Workspace performance dashboard:
Connection Requests,
Messages,
InMails, and
Interested leads (auto-tagged).
The performance metric cards show following data
The total number of sent Connection Requests sent (top) vs. the total number of accepted Connection Requests (bottom).
The total number of first messages sent to leads (top) vs. the total number of messages with a response (bottom).
The total number of first InMails sent to leads (top) vs. the total number of InMails with a response (bottom).
The total number of auto-tagged leads (Interested, Not Interested, Generic) (top) vs. the total number of leads auto-tagged Interested (bottom).
Filtering data in the dashboard
You can filter available data in the dashboard, to better understand results over time and track campaign performance more accurately, by:
How to export data from HeyReach dashboard?
You can download performance reports in three supported formats from the Workspace performance dashboard:
CSV – Ideal for spreadsheet analysis, reporting, and data sharing
PNG – Best for image-based sharing, such as presentations or quick updates
SVG – Perfect for scalable, high-quality visuals used in professional reports
These export options make it easy to share dashboard data with your team or present campaign performance to clients. To download this, click 'Export analytics'.
Senders performance dashboard
The Senders performance dashboard allows you to view detailed performance metrics for each major category: Connection Requests, Messages, and InMails for each sender.
You can also see the number of active (ongoing) campaigns the sender is attached to under Status.
The performance metrics show the following:
The total number of accepted Connection Requests vs. the total number of sent Connection Requests.
The total number of message replies vs. the total number of first messages sent.
The total number of InMail replies vs. the total number of first InMails sent.
The Senders performance dashboard lets you download performance data in one supported format by clicking 'Export analytics':

Campaigns overview
Below both charts, you’ll find a table with each campaign's performance. You can also search by keyword or filter according to specific campaigns or senders.
he table is showing following data for each campaign:
The campaign's status.
The campaign's performance (Connection Request acceptance rate, message reply rate, InMail reply rate).
The campaign's progress (total number of Not started yet (Pending), In sequence, Finished, and Failed leads).
Last but not least, you can also start a new campaign right from the Dashboard.
