1️⃣ Being NOT registered (Going) to the Event.
If you haven't clicked the 'Attend' button yet and are just using the search URL, it won’t work in HeyReach. You need to be registered for the event to access the correct attendees' URL.
Make sure you're attending the event to proceed with the next steps to get the right search URL.
2️⃣ Using the wrong Event Search URL.
When you’re attending a specific event, copying the search URL from your browser won’t allow you to import attendees, as this link is incorrect.
To find the correct link for attendees, click on the highlighted blue link in the attendees section. This will direct you to a complete list of all the event attendees.
This will help you access the event attendees and generate the correct search URL that will work perfectly in HeyReach.
