You can easily import even attendees from a specific LinkedIn event. This option is available at HeyReach which gives you the ability to import leads that are part of the attendees list for the LinkedIn event.
💡Important Note:
The maximum number of leads (attendees) you can import per LinkedIn sender is 10,000 per event import.
This method requires you to be logged into your LinkedIn account in a separate browser tab. Follow the steps below:
1. Register/ Attend the LinkedIn event:
Once you find the desired LinkedIn event, please click the either Register or Attend button, depending on what option does the Event display.
2. Access the list of Attendees' of the event:
Click on the hyperlink that states how many people are going to attend the event.
You will be redirected to the attendees list, copy the Search URL from your browser.
3. Import Attendees in HeyReach:
Navigate to the Leads tab in HeyReach.
Click on the Add Leads button.
4. Select Import Method:
Choose the LinkedIn Event (Attendees) method and click Continue.
5. Provide List Details:
Enter a name for your lead list.
Select the LinkedIn sender (the LinkedIn account associated with the search URL) for accurate results.
Add the Attendees URL you previously created.
6. Start Importing:
Click on the Start Importing button.
You will be directed to the importing screen, where you can monitor the progress, including the percentage of leads being imported.
🚨 Use the Stop Importing option only if you want to cancel the process. Stopping the import will prevent all leads from being imported.
While the import is running, you can continue working on other tasks within your HeyReach account. The process will finish in the background.
Once completed, the imported list will be available in the Leads tab. Click on the list to view and manage the leads.
