How to access my Invoices in HeyReach?

Is your accountant still chasing those HeyReach invoices? Let’s sort that out right away! 😜

🧠 You must be an admin in your HeyReach organisation in order to access Billing.

How to Access Your Invoices

  1. Log in to your HeyReach account.

  2. Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.

  3. Select Billing from the menu.

  4. Click on Invoices.

What You’ll See in the Invoices Section

The Invoices section includes all your billing details, such as:

  • Billing date

  • Paid at (the date payment was received)

  • Status (e.g., Paid, Past Due, Void)

  • Amount

  • Invoice download option

How to Download Invoices & Receipts

You can download your HeyReach invoices in two simple ways:


Option 1: Download Invoices to Your Device

Use the Invoice Download section to save all visible invoices directly to your device. Each invoice is listed as blue, underlined text. Click the invoice title to download it instantly as a PDF.

Option 2: Share a Link to the Invoice and Receipt

This option is perfect for sharing with external teams, like your accountants.

  1. Click the three dots menu next to the invoice entry.

  2. Click on the “View Invoice” option.

  3. A new page will open with both the invoice and receipt.

  4. Copy the URL to share it externally, or download the files directly from that page.
