Where can I find my Invoice?

Is your accountant still chasing those HeyReach invoices? Let’s get them sorted before they start sending invoices for overdue invoices! 😜

Log in to your HeyReach account, then go to the bottom left corner and click the settings icon. From there, select the Billing section from the menu.

The Billing section shows details about your billing, including the billing date, number of seats purchased, payment status (paid or due), total subscription amount, unit price (price per seat), and past invoices.

Additionally, here you can find the date and amount of your next invoice, so you’re always ready for the upcoming charge.

If you need more seats, simply click the "Purchase more seats" button and proceed further.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, just click the "Cancel subscription" button and complete the cancelation process.

The Invoice Download section lets you access past invoices. Each invoice is listed as a hyperlink, so just click on it to download it to your device.

Alternatively, you can click on the three dots menu at the end of each billing line and select the "View Invoice" option. This will allow you to download your invoice and receipt.
