The Inbox Privacy Configuration is the final step when connecting your LinkedIn sender to HeyReach, regardless of the connection method you use. At this step, you’ll need to select your preferred privacy option for your LinkedIn inbox.

You can choose between the following two options:

1. Track and Import All LinkedIn Conversations

This option imports conversations from the past 30 days and tracks all future (original) LinkedIn conversations.

2. Track Only Conversations Started from HeyReach

This option limits tracking to conversations initiated directly from HeyReach campaigns.

If you selected one option during the initial setup and wish to change it later, you can easily update your settings. Here’s how:

Navigate to the LinkedIn Accounts tab in HeyReach.

Locate your LinkedIn sender and click the three-dot menu next to it. Select the Inbox Privacy Configuration option from the dropdown menu.

A new window will appear on the right side of the screen. Select your preferred privacy option (Track and Import All LinkedIn Conversations or Track Only Conversations Started from HeyReach).

Once you’ve selected your new setting, click Save to confirm and update your configuration.
