The Leads feature in HeyReach lets you view and manage all imported leads and company lists in one place.

Searching and Filtering Leads
On the Leads screen, you can easily navigate by using the following options:
Search for leads by title or keywords.
Filter by list type:
Leads List (people): Represented by a specific icon.
Company List (companies): Shown with a different icon.
Filter by campaigns:
View lists connected to specific campaigns or all campaigns.
Identify which campaign(s) a list is being used in.
Viewing List Details
Each list includes the following details:
List Name: The title of the list.
Status:
Not in campaigns: The list isn’t connected to any campaign.
In [X] campaigns: Displays how many campaigns the list is connected to.
Total Count
Shows how many leads or companies are included in the list.
The Leads screen displays 10 lists per page, with previous and next navigation options to browse through your lists.
List Management Options
For each list, the following actions are available by clicking on the three dots menu:
Combine Lists: Merge multiple lists into one.
Intersect Lists: Identify duplicate leads or companies between lists.
Exclude from List: Remove specific items from a list.
Export to CSV: Download the list in CSV format.
Rename: Change the list's title.
Delete: Permanently remove the list from your workspace.
