The campaign feature lets you view and manage all campaigns from your HeyReach workspace in one place.
Searching and Filtering Leads
On the Campaigns screen, you can easily navigate by using the following options:
1. Filter by Campaign status:
Select all or only a specific type of campaign status in order to get only the campaigns associated with that status.
All
Draft
Starting
Ongoing (active)
Paused
Finished
Canceled
Failed
2. Search by Campaign Title or Description (keywords):
This way only the campaign with the exact title will appear or if you use a description/ keywords, then the campaigns associated with them will appear.
3. Filter by LinkedIn Sender:
This option allows you to select the LinkedIn sender and only view campaigns in any status that were previously launched and created (all statuses ) by the specific LinkedIn sender selected.
Viewing Campaign Details
The Viewing Campaign Details screen includes the following details per each campaign:
Campaign status: what is the state of performance of the campaign.
Name: The title of the campaign.
Performance: Metrics displayed for the % of connections accepted, message reply rate, and InMail reply rate.
Progress: Numbers of how many leads are pending, in sequence, finished, and failed state.
Senders: Shows the profile picture of the senders included in the campaigns.
The Campaigns screen displays 10 campaigns per page, with previous and next navigation options to browse through your campaigns.
List Management Options
For each campaign, depending on the status the following actions can be available by clicking on the three dots menu:
Rename: Change the title of the campaign.
Edit: Make changes in the campaign setup.
Delete: Permanently remove the campaign from your workspace.
Cancel: Terminate the campaign.
Duplicate: Create a new campaign that will contain the same campaign setup as the previous one, but have the ability to make changes before launching again.
