Pausing & Resuming campaigns are some of the easiest options to execute in HeyReach. It is so easy that even my dog can do it, for real. ๐พ

1. Pausing Campaigns
Step 1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab in HeyReach
Only campaigns with ongoing (active) status can be paused, therefore find an ongoing campaign that can be identified with a play icon and a blue highlighted button. Also when you hover over this button a message will be displayed stating that the campaign is active.
Step 2. Tick the button OFF
By clicking on the blue highlighted button, a pop-up message with show asking you whether you are sure to pause the campaign and by clicking 'Confirm' you will pause the campaign immediately.
Step 3. Identifying campaigns with paused status:
A paused campaign will display a grayed-out button in the status section and when you hover over it, then a message will be displayed stating that the campaign is caused.
2. Resuming Campaign
Step 1. Navigate to the Campaigns tab in HeyReach
Only campaigns with paused status can be resumed, therefore find a paused campaign that can be identified with a greyed-out button. Also when you hover over this button a message will be displayed stating that the campaign is paused.
Step 2. Tick the button ON
By clicking on the grayed-out button, a pop-up message with show asking you whether you are sure to resume the campaign, and by clicking 'Confirm' you will proceed further.
Step 3. Entering Starting status:
Unlike pausing a campaign, resuming a campaign won't set your campaign to ongoing immediately, that comes later. First what happens is that the campaign goes into 'Starting' status, which means HeyReach is preparing the campaign to become active and the time for a campaign to become ongoing it could take from a couple of seconds to a maximum of 15 minutes.
Step 4. Status changed to Ongoing:
In order to claim that a campaign has successfully resumed, the final status must be ongoing. If this is not the case with your campaign, please try a couple of times, and it the attempts are not successful, please contact support.
