Why are my leads Pending; In Sequence; Failed; Finished?

👥 Total Leads

It represents the total number of leads included in the campaign. This number matches the leads from the lead list connected to the campaign.


🔄 In Sequence

Shows the number of leads that have entered the campaign and actions are/were executed for them.


Pending

Displays the number of leads that haven't entered the campaign yet. As each day passes, this number should decrease as leads begin to move In Sequence.


⏸️ Paused

Here you will see the number of leads that are paused by using the 'Pause' option under the 'Lead Performance' tab. You can easily pause a lead in the campaign whenever needed.

🚨 You cannot pause leads with a status 'Pending' and last action take 'End sequence'.


❌ Failed

Shows the number of leads that have failed in the campaign due to various reasons, such as a disconnected LinkedIn account or other issues.

🧠 You can view the specific failed reasons and see which exact leads have failed by navigating to the 'Lead Performance' tab.

Advice for you💡

If you want to filter the leads by status or any other criteria, just download the CSV file for easy access and organization.


✅ Finished

Displays the number of leads that have successfully progressed through the campaign sequence and completed the final action, reaching the end of the campaign (including both the left and right sides of the workflow).
