Pausing your HeyReach subscription is a flexible option if you need to temporarily stop using the service without fully cancelling your account.
Below, we outline the steps to pause your subscription, the limitations, and what happens during and after the pause period.
đ§ You must be an Admin in your HeyReach Workspace to make any subscription changes. Managers and Members cannot access Billing.
Accessing your Billing settings
All subscription changes are made from the Billing section:
Log in to your HeyReach account.
Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
Select Billing from the menu.
You should now see a tab that's showing you HeyReach plans where is shown your current plan, and how many seats you've used so far.

From HeyReach plans tab you can pause your HeyReach subscription directly through the app in two clicks.
Step 1: Click Cancel subscription
You just need to click on Cancel subscription button in the right upper corner of HeyReach plans tab.
Step 2: Specify if you're pausing or canceling subscription
You will be offered the option to pause your subscription instead of fully cancelling it.

Select the pause option and specify the duration (1 or 2 months).
â ď¸ If you choose to pause subscription, you won't be billed for the specific duration you chose. Subscription will automatically resume after that.

Duration:
Maximum pause duration: Subscriptions can be paused for a maximum of 2 months. If you require a longer break, cancellation may be a better option to avoid charges.
Indefinite Pauses: HeyReach does not allow indefinite pauses. If you are unsure when you will resume, consider cancelling your subscription instead.
Impact on billing and data:
Billing: No charges will be applied during the pause period. Invoices are voided, and billing resumes automatically after the pause ends unless you cancel beforehand.
Preserving discounts: Pausing your subscription can help preserve any active discounts, whereas cancelling will remove them.
Data Retention: Your account data, including campaigns and lead lists, is preserved during the pause. However, you will not have access to your campaigns or data while the subscription is paused.
Resuming your subscription:
Your subscription will automatically resume on the specified date set during the pause.
