How to Assign and Remove Seats in HeyReach Workspaces?

One of the main reasons we built the Workspaces feature is to give you full control over where your seats are assigned, no delays, no waiting. With just a click, you decide exactly how many seats each workspace gets. 🚀

🧠 You must be an admin in your HeyReach organisation to access Workspaces and manage seats.

Assigning Seats When Creating a New Workspace

If you’re setting up a brand-new workspace, you can assign seats during creation.

Assigning or Removing Seats in an Existing Workspace

If the workspace already exists, you can adjust its seat allocation anytime from the Workspaces tab.

  1. Go to the Workspaces tab.

  2. You’ll see a list of all existing workspaces displayed on the screen.

  3. For each workspace, you’ll see the current number of assigned seats.

  4. Next to this number is an Update button.

  5. Click Update to increase or decrease the number of seats for that workspace.

  6. Press Update again to save your changes.

The BIG Rule for Seat Reduction

You cannot reduce the number of seats in a workspace below the number of LinkedIn senders already connected to that workspace.

For example:

  • If a workspace has 2 seats assigned and 2 LinkedIn senders connected, you cannot reduce seats to 1.

  • If a workspace has 5 seats assigned but only 2 LinkedIn senders connected, you can reduce seats to 2 (to match the number of senders).

This rule ensures you always have enough seats for the active LinkedIn senders in each workspace.
