🫣 Did you forget your HeyReach password?
No problem, we've got you 💁🏻♀️!
Go to the Sign-in registration form and click on the "Forgot password" button. Use the email address connected to your specific HeyReach workspace.
After you click on "Send reset link", check your email for the reset link.
💡 Sometimes getting the email can take 3–5 minutes, so please be patient.
Click on the link you received. This will lead you to a new page, and a new password will be sent to your email address.
Copy that password, go back to the sign-in page, and simply sign in with the new password.
🧠 To change the received password, navigate to the settings icon in the lower left corner and click on profile settings.
Enter your current password, and create a new one.
Once you click on "Save changes", the new password will be automatically applied to your HeyReach workspace 🕺.
