🫣 Did you forget your HeyReach password?
No problem, we've got you 💁🏻♀️!
Go to the Sign-in registration form and click on the "Forgot password" button. Use the email address connected to your specific HeyReach workspace.
Please ensure you enter a valid email address without any blank spaces or spelling errors. Then, click "Send reset link" and check your email for the reset link.
💡 Sometimes getting the email can take 3–5 minutes, so please be patient.
In your email Inbox, please click on the link you received. This will lead you to a new page, and a new password will be sent to your email address.
Copy that password, go back to the sign-in page, and simply sign in with the new password.
🧠 To change the received password, navigate to the settings icon in the lower left corner and click on profile settings.
Enter your current password, and create a new one. Once you click on "Save changes", the new password will be automatically applied to your HeyReach workspace. 🕺
