How to connect your Sales Navigator

Got an active Sales Navigator and want to use it with HeyReach? Here’s how to do it 😉.

Connect by entering your LinkedIn Credentials

Connecting using the standard method by entering your LinkedIn credentials is straightforward, and we've detailed the steps in the following article, click here.

Once your LinkedIn account is connected, your Sales Navigator will also link automatically if your subscription is active, indicated by a blue icon appearing under your LinkedIn account name.

🚨 If your account status is 'Available' but your Sales Navigator isn't visible, or the icon appears grey, please disconnect your LinkedIn account and try using the HeyReach Chrome extension.


Connect by HeyReach Chrome Extension

First, you will need to install the HeyReach Chrome extension ✅.

For the extension to work properly, please log into your LinkedIn account in one tab and open Sales Navigator in another tab.

Once you have the requested tabs open and the extension installed, return to HeyReach and click on 'Link Account.' Then, select the 'Connect via our Chrome Extension' button.

Next, your LinkedIn account will appear. Choose your preferred configuration for Unibox conversations, then click the 'Yes, connect' button to proceed with connecting to HeyReach 🎉.

Track and import all LinkedIn conversations” means that you will get only those conversations that happened in the last 30 days. You'll also get all future conversations.

When everything is ready, your account will appear, and you can see your status, and how many connections, and followers you have.


Your Sales Navigator got disconnected?

Make sure to look for a blue highlighted icon on your Sales Navigator, as this means it's properly connected.

If the icon is grey, hovering over the warning sign will show a message indicating that your Sales Navigator is disconnected.

No problem! Here’s a quick way to fix it.

Option 1️⃣

If you have connected your LinkedIn Account by entering the LinkedIn credentials, and along your Sales Navigarot was connected successfully, now you need to click on the three dot menu and hit the 'Re-log Sales Navigator'

If the Sales Navigator icon stays grey, and your status is 'Available' please disconnect your LinkedIn account, and try reconnecting by entering your LinkedIn credentials. If that doesn't work, switch to the HeyReach Chrome extension option.

🚨 If your LinkedIn account status is 'Ongoing', please pause all your campaigns before proceeding with disconnecting the account from HeyReach.

Option 2️⃣

If your LinkedIn account was previously connected via the HeyReach Chrome extension and is with 'Available' status, but your Sales Navigator icon is grey and disconnected, please disconnect your LinkedIn account and follow the instructions in the article above to reconnect using the extension.

If you have ongoing campaigns, please pause them before disconnecting your LinkedIn account from your workspace.
