This guide will walk you through how to push data out of HeyReach using webhooks. Webhooks are a mechanism that allows you to get data points outside of HeyReach. It’s super useful for agencies, sales teams, and other users who need real-time data integration.
👀 An example of using a webhook in HeyReach would be pushing leads who didn’t accept your connection request, from HeyReach to Instantly or Smartlead, for further email engagement.
The first step is to go to the ‘Integrations’ section in your HeyReach account - under the settings icon, in the bottom left corner.
Navigate to ‘Webhooks’ and click on "View and Create" to set up a new webhook.
Name your webhook, and fill in the parameters - such as webhook URL (this is the endpoint where the data will be pushed to), campaigns, and the type of event when the webhook should be triggered.
Click on ‘Create Webhook’ - and your webhook will be live! To deactivate or activate a webhook - just toggle it on/off.
