Got your own proxy and want to use it with HeyReach?
No problem, here’s how!
In HeyReach, please navigate to the LinkedIn Accounts tab and hit the 'Link Account' button.
Next, choose the 'Add your own proxy' option, located at the bottom of the screen on the left side.
Here, enter the required information, ensuring accuracy, especially avoiding any blank spaces in the proxy credentials and using the correct details for the LinkedIn account.
1. Required Proxy information to verify:
Host
Port
Proxy Username
Proxy Password
✅ Once the proxy is verified, you'll see a green text confirmation. Only after that, you can move forward with adding your LinkedIn credentials.

Email address
Password
3. HeyReach Unibox configuration, select whether you want to:
Track and import all LinkedIn conversations
Track only conversations started from HeyReach
“Track and import all LinkedIn conversations” means that you will get only those conversations that happened in the last 30 days. You'll also get all future conversations.
Once the required information is entered and selected, the 'Connect Account' button will turn blue. Click it and wait a few seconds for your LinkedIn account to connect to your HeyReach workspace.
Configure a proxy for a LinkedIn account that's already connected.
Go to the LinkedIn Accounts tab and click the three-dot menu next to the account for which you want to change the proxy.
Select the 'Configure proxy' option and proceed further.
Next, enter your Host, Port, Proxy Username, and Password (ensure there are no blank spaces) and click the 'Verify Proxy' button.
Once verified, click the 'Update Proxy' button to save your changes. That's all 😍!
